I actually think I misplayed this hand. I think that he does not fold any flush on the turn, but may fold flushes if the board pairs or another spade comes on the river. I think he is also almost never bluffing on the turn and has a flush of some sort almost all the time. The question is whether he can fold a small flush (less than Q high) if I shove the turn.

I also should have made a bigger flop bet. If I had, all the money would have gotten in on the turn when he has any flush.

I don't think you misplayed the hand. If I was the villain, the flop was a dream come true with potential flush and straight draws after the flop that all of my money would have gone into the pot. Unlucky on the River - that's poker.
